Habita principalmente en ambiente boscoso de todo tipo.

Debido a su coloraci�n, no es f�cil distinguir a esta ave entemedio del follaje de los �rboles.

Su nombre deriva de su llamado de dos silbidos (f�u - f�u), lo que permite su avistamiento.
